My role is to help reveal your talents and guide you to develop them. Together, we will clarify your objectives and the obstacles you want to overcome. We will develop solutions and focus on deepening your skills until you are comfortable navigating alone.

Team Coaching is for you

My role is to help you develop new, stronger collective practices, through concrete activities. Your new team practices will enable you and your team to go from shared objectives to concrete actions. Specific workshops will tackle collective intelligence, team spirit, communication and individual engagement amongst a team.

Team coaching is tailored to your objectives.

It is highly recommended to space out the half-day workshops over time, in order to build on acquired skills.
